How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our U.S. kitchen, with tracking emailed to you. Delivery typically lands within a few business days after that.
Will my chocolate melt in transit?
During warmer months we add insulated packaging and, when needed, ice packs to keep everything in great shape. If anything ever arrives melted, we’ll replace it.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States. Join our list to hear when that changes.
Can I send a gift with a note?
Absolutely. Add your message at checkout and we’ll include a printed gift note — and never a receipt showing the price.
Are your confections nut-free / allergen-friendly?
Many contain or are made alongside nuts, dairy and soy. Each product page lists what’s inside; email us if you have a specific allergy question before ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?
